John Virtue

This is my original character concept called John Virtue. Just to give a little back story, John is a religious figure who has lead a harsh, heartbreaking life. In order to justify the suffering he's been made to endure to himself, he has concluded that his suffering was in God's design and embraced it. The first picture is the three different designs I came up with for his look. The second picture is character expressions for the chosen concept. The third picture is of different facial characterizations and the fourth is the character turn around sheet and final design.
